Doctor Uma Jayakumar,M.sc(Bio-chem).,B.H.M.S.,F.A.N is the wife of Dr.N.R.Jayakumar. Having done her Msc.Bio.chem before marriage, she was inspired by her husband to take up homoeopathy and wished to aid him. Her firm will and determination made her take up B.H.M.S at Sri Sairam Homoeopathic Medical College,Chennai-44, although she was a mother of two sons. Her passion showed as she completed the 5 1/2year course as a full time student and thus stands apart!
Today Madan Homoeo clinic at Nanganallur stands testimony to her sheer enthusiasm and hard work. Dr.Uma Jayakumar shines as a doctor, friend, councellor with special attention to health issues of families, and those related to kids. She is an epitome of grace and patience as she listens to the ladies and helps them with their health problems.
